Enchanted Farm Cottage is located on our farm at 1804 E.College, in the Roswell/Pecos Valley countryside on the Spring River.  Our cottage offers a one bedroom, one bath homelike setting. Accommodations will sleep up to five. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper.  A twin size rollaway is available upon request. Pets (well behaved, of course) are welcome!

Our cottage is furnished in antique country with a full service gourmet kitchen. Included with your stay are all the "fixins" for breakfast. Breakfast "fixins" include our farm fresh, pesticide-free eggs, bagels, breakfast rolls, Belgium waffles, cereals, fruit and beverages. You pick and fix what you like when you like it!

The cottage deck overlooks the pond and is spacious to accommodate large parties. A gourmet gas grill and fire pit next to the cottage make this the perfect spot for parties. The cottage can be a central meeting place for family, friend or business gatherings and parties or a relaxing private getaway.

Our farm and riverside trails teem with birds and wildlife. We are a regular stop on the Audubon Society's annual bird count. We have a herd of wild deer that live along our river. Enchanted Farm Cottage is the perfect getaway, in Roswell, yet out in the country.

This relaxing setting is available for $85 per night based on double occupancy. Extra guests are $10 each per night. The cost of facility rental for parties or gatherings varies, depending on your needs.
